The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, often known as NEET (UG) or just NEET. It is an entrance examination for Indian students who wish to pursue medical or dentistry studies in India or abroad, such as MBBS (Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Surgery) or MD (Doctor of Medicine).

Phase 2 of the NEET registration document standard for 2021

Class 10 passing certificate: For uploading, the aspirant needs scan his or her Class X Passing Certificate.Size – 50 kb to 300 kb

Category certificate: SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate Size – 50 kb to 300 kb PDF format

PwBD certificate: Certificate obtained by the list of centers mentioned in the brochure Size – 50 kb to 300 kb PDF format

Correction of image discrepancy in NEET 2021 application form

NTA will notify all registered students of the image discrepancy, corrected before the deadline. Use the NTA login feature and the correction window to make any changes or edits to the photograph/signature. Candidates must address any errors in their image or signature filed with the NEET application form 2021 by following the instructions below:

• Enter your NEET application number as well as your password.
• There will be an option to upload a photograph or signature on the screen..
• Upload the correct photos following the guidelines.
• Before submitting it, double-check it.
• Following submission, the candidates’ registered email addresses and mobile numbers will receive an OTP number.
• The NEET correction slip will appear on the screen after inputting the specified OTP number.
